Booking equipment is extremely easy. You can call us on 020 3397 2843 or send a quote request through the website and we’ll respond in a few hours, For complex rentals it’s better to send a request through the website
We typically provide equipment for events spanning from a day to a week, we do occasionally provide iPads for longer term rentals for a maximum of 30 days.
Rental starts from the day the equipment is delivered to you and ends when the item is collected back. Sometimes we need to arrange collection early morning the following day as the equipment are in use until the evening of the day previous, in which case we would not count the subsequent day  for rental calculation.
If you require delivery in London, we may be able to assist if we have staff free to deliver on the day. Call us on 020 3397 2843 to discuss
iPads are user friendly devices and fairly easy to work with. We may be able to provide limited support on the operation of iPads but cannot provide technical support for software/app solutions that you have elected to use yourself. If you have taken up our consultion services we’d be more than happy to assist
If there is a fault with iPads on arrival please contact us as soon as possible so we can make a note of this and arrange to get the problem resolved. This would mean either we send out a replacement iPad immediately and arranged to collect the faulty iPad.
Do not attempt to repair the damage yourself, please let us know as soon as possible so we are aware of the damage and can suggest the best course of action for you to take.
